Its all worth it! the 3 dots tattoo is well-known here in the philippines. Whang-Od Oggay is a 102-year-old mambabatok, a traditional Kalinga tattooist who uses hand-tapped ink from pine soot and water. She learned the art from her father and has trained her grandnieces to continue the ancient practice.
