These are salt porters in Chittagong, Bangladesh. After a boat ships raw salt from the farms along the coast to the port, these men carry huge baskets weighing over 100lbs each from the boat to a warehouse about 300 yards away. I befriended one of the porters by taking his portrait, then he invited me to shoot inside the boat and that's how I got this shot. I love how the harsh sun is highlighting the extra salt that is falling off the basket.
