Time Tunnel View / Adams verses The Digital Age

Not what I had planned to enter. Originally I was going to enter a full color version but while I was checking my color values by temporary desaturating the image. Even though they checked out I decided to do something a little unusual for this entry. Spending a couple of hours messing around with a bunch of possible rendition of this image from a stark silhouette foreground to this figuring it was more appropriate to the contrast theme of Travel but also on a conceptional value too.
