Death Valley must be one of the weirdest and most beautiful places I've visited. Everything there is so unique and otherworldly that it's no surprise it has been used in some of the scenes set on Tatooine in the Star Wars universe.
When I saw my friend looking around and enjoying the scenery I quickly snapped a few photos hoping to capture the magic of this strange place.
This photo was taken while hiking in the Golden Canyon, quite the fitting name for this place, and only minimal editing was needed to bring out the colors and atmosphere
