Backcountry Ambulance / Comfortably Numb
Something helicopter evacuations aren’t available or necessary depending on location and/or the injury or even both. As in this case looked like a possible break or sprain, in a narrow river canyon area. Clearly hurting but not as much so trying to hike out.
