Travel can be very hard on children and parents. I took this shot of my daughter in Honolulu, Hawaii (Hale Koa) June 2024. Even when there is endless beauty outside and tons of activities to do, sometimes you want to just have some quiet time alone, drawing pictures. Taken with Nikon Z6 and Nikon Z 40mm using natural light, and had the help of the single wall lamp inside the room. I was standing on the outdoor patio of the high rise resort tower. It was really tough staying out of the reflection, while trying to keep her from noticing me, and keeping a good frame!!!
