Rome colosseum at night. I took this image after taking an elevator to the top of the White Marble Memorial Monument building. I had just visited the colosseum earlier that day, but this gave me such a different perspective and character as it was wrapped in the warm evening glow of the city of Rome and sitting against the cool backdrop of the young night sky. It was the colosseum in its full glory as I had never seen it before. A different interpretation of Rome, widely referred to as a fallen giant, but reimagined as a warm, glorious city that many still call home. Taken with Nikon z6ii and 24-70 2.8s 1/25s F4 Iso 800.
