Taken in the mountains of far southern Idaho. Shot wide open and at the fastest shutter speed my camera would go and fingers crossed for a good result. After my friend fired the rifle I counted down for him to pull the lever. There were a few good shots to come from this shoot where the spent shells are in focus, but I think this was my favorite with smoke still visible coming from the shell as it's flying in the air.
