This is an embolic structure on the riverside in England. The site is alongside the naval port of Portsmouth and near the commercial port of Southampton. It is seen every day by thousands of workers and tourists who cross the river by boat to get to the commercial centre of Portsmouth. Is quite difficult to get a unobstructed shot of it for cables, flags and publicity posters. On the top of the structure is restaurant. The structure is reportedly paid for by an Arab company.
