I took this while hiking with my wife on one of our watershed trails in Greensboro. I was drawn to the lines in the background, the texture of the lichen on the tree and the color contrast. I did a little work in Lightroom, mainly to just adjust the white balance a bit, and some small playing with black and white levels. Overall, I get a feeling of serenity here.
