Come on grandpa, lets do a selfie portrait. State street in Chicago.
A touch longer exposure of 1/4 to show movement in passers by.

Fun
Its always fun and an addiction. Thought I would put one of my international competition winners in to prove my point, and it didnt disappoint. People love giving 1s and 2s here.
If it was feedback you were looking for: I'm sorry man I'm forced to give this a '1' too. This might be fun for a personal screen saver on your computer, and understandably so, your in it. But this isn't something I would put on a wall or computer screen. It looks as if you took the shot, and then pasted the two of you from another shot. Maybe when the 'Selfie' concept was newer, would this be more interesting. Perhaps others will find something more valuable than I, as you said it won a competition.
You make me laugh bro. Im not in the picture, I took it. Evidently you're new to photography. Like i said in the comments, people that dont understand photography fundamentals can ruin a site. It will be for sale at the Glasgow Gallery of Photography this year if you want to get a closer look - Street Photography Exhibition.
different strokes for different folkes. I was wrong about who was in it. However, that wouldn't change my vote. You wanted feedback, I gave it. You don't think I'm qualified to vote. Ok, or that others that gave it low votes are qualified. Only those that agree with your taste are qualified?
lol, never asked for feedback. You must be confused. Looked at your profile, You should stick to computers, Best
And I quote your words: "Maybe, just a thought, since their are all levels of photographers voting, if you give a 1 or 2, you need to comment why. not in a mean way, but in a helpful constructive way.".
I certainly said that for a way to help out new photogs with positive critiques. Nice try though. Youre a very bitter man.
I rated it a 2 only because its in a portrait contest. If it were in a street photography contest it would be easily a 4 for me. I really like this photo overall, but just not for a portrait competition.
Thank you for giving a real critique, understood.
Weird things happen in long exposures of people. I can't get my eye off the guy directly behind the main couple. It's like he has one leg with a foot pointing forward toward the camera, and an upper body going the opposite direction, and no head... creature from the Twilight Zone.
Yes, It can make an image so much more interesting.
It’s a solid ‘3’ for me. I’m wondering perhaps if this had been taken from a higher vantage point, would it have brought a bit more depth to the image…. Nice shot though…even for a portrait contest! ;)
