This image was taken with an adaption of a technique I have been working on for some time now (followICM). This technique usually involves tracking a moving subject during a long exposure, but in this case the exposure was made over my shoulder as I walked with a crowd (ie the crowd following me).

This results in an impressionistic-type image, where the amount of detail is determined by the relative motion between the various elements and the camera.

Due to specific advantages over using an SLR, the technique uses a simple iPhone (in this case iPhone 15).

Exposure for this shot was around 1 second. Details such as ISO, f-stop not included as they are irrelevant to the final product.
