Photographed from a DJI Mini 3 Pro drone on a cruise ship’s sports deck, this image captures a couple playing pickleball framed within the clean geometry of the court. The challenge was to preserve both motion and symmetry, letting the players’ shadows become an essential part of the composition. I relied solely on natural light, waiting for the sun to reach an angle that shaped the scene with sharp, graphic contrast. In post-production, I refined the background in Photoshop to achieve a seamless and vivid blue surface, highlighting the rhythm between lines, colors, and movement. Subtle color grading and hue adjustments helped enhance the minimalist aesthetic, transforming an ordinary game into a study of form and balance
