I'm not really one for entering photo competitions, but a friend who is a far better photographer than I ever will be rates this image and suggested I enter it in this contest.
The wife and I were in London for an event at the end of November. After the event we were making our way back to our hotel on the tube. Entering the station a lone figure was leaning against a pillar in complete solitude among the hubbub around her.
I candidly took a couple of shots on my Fuji X100VI (1/35, F2, ISO3200) while waiting for the tube. Edited in Lightroom.
