On one of the days during my trip to the Lake District in the UK in October almost the entire area was covered by fog for most of the day. We had to improvise and find locations where we could still photograph. We went to Rydall Water with the intention to photograph the famous boat house there. As we came to the area, we saw the sun trying to break through the clouds on the opposite side of the lake. After finding a composition with the mountains and the fall colors, I patiently waited for the God Rays. The image is a blend of a bracketed shot with the God Rays, and a separate image with the ducks, taken a few minutes apart. Shot on Sony a7 IV and a Sony 20-70mm. Edited in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop
