I have been doing a personal project with cosplayers and LARPers for several reasons one being the opportunity for cinematic images. This was shot in farmland area using a D750, and an off camera flash, a Flashpoint eVolv 200 on a pole that an assistant held (AKA "Voice controlled light stand"). We added a little dirt makeup to the LARPer, and I color graded afterwards to mute the colors of the background and bring them in line with the subject's wardrobe.
