Story

I've been browsing through my huge collection of images in search of the best shots of Mariupol city for the upcoming photo exhibition in Switzerland in summer of 2022. It is hard to look at some shots today after all the tragic events.

This is the power of photography - the ordinary daily shots will gain value and new meaning over time. This is one of the reasons why I started taking photos, just didn't know how it will change my life.

This photo was taken on the Drama Theatre Square in Mariupol in summer of 2017, five years before russian bombs fell here...
