After Sony, Canon, Nikon, and Olympus, it’s now Fuji’s turn to get access to all advanced Elinchrom features such as HS, HSS, and TTL.
The Transmitter Pro, known before as the Skyport Plus HS, offers now a couple more features, including TTL and HSS support for compatible units such as the ELB 500 TTL. Until today, Fuji users were left on the side when it came to using HS, HSS, or TTL with the Swiss flash manufacturer's products. However, on September 18, the flagship transmitter will support the following cameras:
- X100F
- X-A5
- X-E2S
- X-E3
- X-T100
- X-T2
- X-T20
- X-Pro2
- X-H1
- GFX 50S
No word yet on the X-T3 that was just announced, but it’d be a shame if it wasn’t compatible as well. The Fujifilm transmitter will come with all the latest features and updates the new firmware available for other brands includes and is ready for any future update thanks to its USB port.
The Elinchrom Transmitter Pro Fujifilm will be available on September 18th for $249 like the other versions for Sony, Canon, Nikon, and Panasonic/Olympus.
