Canon's RF line of mirrorless lenses has impressed a lot of photographers with its stunning optical quality and extreme designs. Many photographers are still waiting on the lens lineup to fill out a bit more, but luckily, it looks like that will be happening fairly soon.
Earlier in the year, Canon announced the development of six lenses for their RF mirrorless mount, but so far, we've only seen one of those actually become available for purchase, the RF 85mm f/1.2L USM. However, Canon Rumors is reporting that three more lenses will be on their way soon, set to arrive before the end of the year. These will be the RF 15-35mm f/2.8L IS USM, RF 24-70mm f/2.8L IS USM, and RF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM, with the former two coming sometime in October and the latter in December. This is great news, as it means Canon mirrorless shooters will have the holy trinity of f/2.8 zoom lenses by the end of the year. With their flagship mirrorless body likely on the way within the next year, it should make the entire system much more viable for a lot of photographers.
Nikon, please pick up the pace. I'm starting to get jealous... :/
Ok. There is a website that is famous for Canon rumors and now there is a website that spreads rumors on rumors:-) all for clicks:-)
You forgot to mention the RF 24-240, unless you only mean L lenses for this article. I believe that is going to release in September.
