What's in a Professional Wedding Photographer's Bag?

Wedding photographers often have to wear several distinct hats over the course of a day, and as such, they need a wide variety of gear in their bags to be sure they have all situations covered. As you will see, in addition to multiple full frame bodies, her bag contains a multitude of prime and zoom lenses, covering every focal length from 24-200mm and offering macro capabilities as well. It is not uncommon for wedding photographers to mix both zoom and prime lenses, as the zoom lenses offer a level of flexibility that can often be crucial in fast-paced situations, while prime lenses are often a better choice for the creative shots and for low-light situations.
