Mirrorless camera gimbals have become some of the most popular filmmaking accessories. With smaller, lighter cameras becoming more capable than ever before, many creatives are now opting for lightweight setups. For this reason, we compared two gimbals from Zhiyun to determine which is the best.
In our latest video, we compared the brand new Zhiyun Weebill 3E gimbal to the Zhiyun Weebill 3S. The 3S gimbal was released with similar features to its flagship counterparts; however, it was designed for smaller camera systems and came with a more budget-friendly price tag.
The new Weebill 3E takes this a step further by reducing the price without compromising performance. What's interesting is that almost all of the design elements, build, and even features are pretty much identical. Aside from the difference in color and the fact that the new Weebill 3E does not have a built-in LED light, both gimbals look almost identical.
In fact, even the specifications are identical, and both gimbals have a payload capacity of 3 kg. On paper, it may seem like both gimbals are exactly the same; however, we found a few minor differences.
