Not exactly what I had initially intended (you can't tell that he's in a barber chair after he's just had a cut and shave) but I like the results of a tighter composition and the single-light setup

im a newbie in portrait shots, but here we go. the intention is to produce fine art . any CC will be welcomed

The hair stylist I work with on shoots had previously worked with Kayla and thought it'd be fun for us all to work together. She has that dark hair and light eyes combination that's hard to beat.

It was the height of Covid...I wanted to shoot but wasn't ready to let anyone in my studio. I figured outdoors would allow us to keep our distance and have plenty of fresh air ventilation.

New to portraits so i was trying out some during a street photography session. Got this gentlemen who was working on his Harley to pose for me.

Katy and I planned to shoot some swimwear in March to avoid the blistering Texas Summer heat. We didn't count on unusually cold temps and high winds. Props to Katy for pushing through!

My work is inspired by Renaissance old master paintings so often my lighting and editing style will reflect that look.

This is part portrait, part product photography. This is a custom built General Kael helmet/mask. I opted for a dark, gritty look, as I felt it was appropriate.

I've known Nikki for years. It so easy when we shoot. We know we're gonna get something good whatever we do. She said she wanted to do something with shadows. This is what we came up with.

Ellie saw one of my IG posts. She reached out to the model to ask about the experience. I got rave reviews so Ellie booked me for her very first fashion shoot.

Beth needed to refresh her portfolio. When she got here, we were going through her wardrobe, she pulled out this high cropped top but didn't have bottoms to go with it.

A local natural light photographer reached out for studio light mentoring. He brought Riley as our model. We spent an afternoon in the studio. We got some killer images.

Emerald came over for a 3-look content builder session. When we pulled out the tiger print jacket I knew I wanted to pair that with a teak chair in my studio. I really loved how it came out.

Mackenzie just signed with a modeling agency. She needed images for her portfolio. Her skin was perfect so I decided to use hard light. I like this image. I hope you do.

I loved working with Sesamae. She reminded me of Sophia Loren.

A mutual friend recommended Drea and I connect on a photo shoot. We picked several looks including this one with black leather pants. We wanted to shoot in an alley.

Morgan came over for a shoot. She brought her boyfriend. At the end she admitted she was hoping to get a couples shot since she was encouraging him to start modeling. We shot a few, this was one.
