Em was on her way to Milan Fashion Week. She wanted a few extra looks to add to her portfolio. We spent an afternoon together getting her what she needed. This image was one of my favs.

Ellie saw one of my IG posts. She reached out to the model to ask about the experience. I got rave reviews so Ellie booked me for her very first fashion shoot.
Playing around with different styles from different eras with the same light.
Beth needed to refresh her portfolio. When she got here, we were going through her wardrobe, she pulled out this high cropped top but didn't have bottoms to go with it.
I don't usually do themed shoots. Rachel is a great model and when she approached me with this idea, I decided to go with it. I hope you like it.
A local natural light photographer reached out for studio light mentoring. He brought Riley as our model. We spent an afternoon in the studio. We got some killer images.

Emerald came over for a 3-look content builder session. When we pulled out the tiger print jacket I knew I wanted to pair that with a teak chair in my studio. I really loved how it came out.
Mackenzie just signed with a modeling agency. She needed images for her portfolio. Her skin was perfect so I decided to use hard light. I like this image. I hope you do.
Ellie and I shot her very first fashion shoot a few months ago. We instantly had a chemistry that came through in the images.
Taylor's agency recommended we get together for a test. I took the opportunity to play around with a staked key light pattern (one was the main the other was the fill). I think I like it.
Alison is a model, medical student and entrepreneur. She came over for a branding shoot recently. I think this image captures her brand... understated, elegant and confident.
I've been wanting to use some spray atmosphere but never had the chance. When Allie reached out I thought this might be a good time to try it.
Logan dances for a local dance company. She came over for a shoot with a few wardrobe items. I had a few so we mixed and matched and came up with this look.
A few weeks back, a makeup artist reached out asking if I'd like to do a 60's inspired shoot. I thought it might be fun and put it on my list of concepts to shoot.
I love how sometimes simple photographs can be so captivating. B & I hadn't seen each other in a couple of years but we reconnected over Instagram.
I met Jane a few months back at a private group shoot with a couple of other photographers. I thought she had a top notch range of facial expressions that just came naturally to her.
Upon seeing a passageway in my house that had an interesting depth, I started thinking about what I could create...
Ady and I first shot a couple of years ago. Since then she's gotten married and become a new mom. She's been working hard to get back into pre-baby shape and start modeling again.
I stopped into to visit a couple of the modeling agencies in Houston earlier this year. They thought it would be a good idea if Alison had a test shoot with me. I loved getting to know her.
I first photographed Emma in January on her university campus as I was passing through. She's back home for the Summer so we wanted to connect again. She had some Dior heels and I had some pearls.
I ran across Brinkley's profile and thought she was striking. She has very subtle features and the coolest hair I've seen in recent memory. I reached out and she agreed to shoot a 3-look set with.
Autumn drove in from East Texas to for a shoot. We hit it off really well since both our backgrounds are in STEM. We shot a 3-look set and this was just the warmup. She's got beauty and brains.
Alisha came in for some updated headshots. We mostly shot in natural light. After we got what she needed we wanted to see if we could stretch the boundaries of a traditional headshot.
Kenzie was going to be in town and reached out for a shoot. Since I hadn't met her, when she arrived we took some time just to sit and get to know each other. Her story is an amazing one.
When Brinkley and I were planning our shoot, she showed me a pic of this orange dress. She thought it was "too orange". I told here I thought it was "just the right amount or orange".
This is part of series of self-portraits that delves into parallel worlds where individuals are compelled to conceal their identities behind masks.
I cast Ari a few months back as the model for a large photography workshop. As expected she was a natural in front of the camera. I'm happy we could connect on a project of our own.
I've started a project called "Clothes/Not Clothes". The objective is to create clothing (or coverings) from non-clothing items. Here, we used belts.
Kayla was in town on a holiday break. She came over for a 3-look set. I told her to bring an all black look. This is what she came up with. Pretty good I think!
