Minimalistic viewpoint

Rare opportunity for me to get a head-on portrait from this Egret . Albeit a nature/wildlife image i decided to place this under the minimalistic umbrella.

I almost feel like this would benefit from a darker background. It's a stunning shot regardless.

Well that is certainly both minimal AND striking.
Did you do remedial work on the left side of the bird? I am seeing some white streaking/ghosting that looks bit off.

Otherwise great isolation of the subject - this is certainly eye-catching!

Thank you Alan. No i cropped it a fare amount to get rid some surroundings . Was taken with a 200mm but i was to far out for a better shot. I did revisit the shot and its aberrations due to the the cam resolution and my cropping .

An invitation

Yesterday, this bird seemed to invite the sparrows to take a bath.
