This is just a little experiment I did with a couple of candlesticks (detail of the handles are shown) placed on some shiny gold material.

Thanks for posting Amanda, it is good to see you getting into the spirit of the group.
Did you have a vision for these from the outcome (and do you feel you achieved that) or were you simply trying to create something from the subject (either is fine)? It’s always good to experiment and learn.

I had a vision of doing something with the material and the candlesticks, so I took several pictures with the candlesticks in various positions. I just thought this one looked to be the best out of what I had, so it's the one I posted. I'm still not sure I really achieved what I wanted, but I figure it's a start.
