I have countless photos of people I approached in remote parts of the world that I would love to enter into various comps or exhibitions but am afraid of the terms and conditions saying im not allowed to enter something I don't have written consent for. I cant imagine Steve McCurry asked the afghan girl to sign a piece of paper, maybe he did?
Can anyone offer some useful info on this subject?
