Looking for suggestions

Hi, last week I shot my first portrait session in a studio with strobes and seamless background. This is the best picture I was able to get using my nikon 18-55mm kit lense.

I'm looking for any kind of positive feedback - in the sense of: what would you do to improve the picture?

Thanks in advance
Cheers

Good expression, lights seem pretty harsh, particularly for a female subject. That type of side lighting usually works better for men. Your backdrop color has inconsistent lighting. You'd probably benefit a lot more from watching a good portrait studio lighting tutorial than getting feedback on here. Peter Hurley has one thats supposed to be very good. You were able to get a nice expression out of your subject, which is more than half the battle.
