First time portrait shooting in a studio

Hi, please review and advise how to improve the light.
It was a spontaneous shoot, so the model doesn't have a makeup and wears casual outfit - we were just testing the light for the first time.

Fuji X-T3, XF18-55mmF2.8-4, 23mm, ƒ/7.1, 1/250s, ISO 160
3x Quadralite strobes
Edited in Capture One Pro & Adobe Photoshop.

Thanks,
MG

This is pretty good on several levels and awesome for a first time. A lot of pros would call it a day with this shot.

Pushed for criticism, I would not have cropped at her ankle. I would have either included her feet or cropped at mid-calf. Cropping right at joints tends to give an "amputation" impression, particularly when the brighter skin of the ankle draws attention to it.

Something to watch for is the height of the main light. If it gets too high, the nose shadow will touch the lip, which is not a pleasant look. You're safe here.

Personal: I would have gradated the background light a bit more, made it a bit broader. I would also have lowered the intensity of the accent light.

Personal: I would have posed the right hand differently. I'd take it out of her crotch (that's kind of unfortunate). Probably had her lay it along the top of her thigh so that only the narrow side was displayed toward the camera.

Thank you very much, much appreciated!

I would take away the plant or make it more part of the photo, my eyes get drawn to plant and not her for some reason.

Overall though a good first session and i agree with the guy above 👌

Thank you Patrik - a good point! I appreciate your comment.
