I like the moody, noirish look of the portrait.
I would have preferred to see the left palm open and relaxed, instead of a closed fist.
Also, maybe it would have been better if the fingers of the right hand were a bit relaxed so that the cigar is slightly tilted?
I like this a lot. Great mood and effect.
