Teresa needed a portfolio update and wanted to feature more high fashion looks. A local designer lent us a few spectacular pieces. Luckily we had access to a great high rise downtown.

I've started a project called "Clothes/Not Clothes". The objective is to create clothing (or coverings) from non-clothing items. Here, we used belts.

Kayla was in town on a holiday break. She came over for a 3-look set. I told her to bring an all black look. This is what she came up with. Pretty good I think!

I've photographed Emma a few times. We always get great pics and have lots of fun getting them. She was visiting Dallas over the holidays so we got together for a 3-look set.

It has been a few years since I photographed Sofia. Luckily, we reconnected and lined up a shoot. She saw this dress on the rack in my styling room and immediately said "this on the piano".

Posing in heels can be hard on a model. I always ask them to get off their feet while I'm adjusting alight, changing batteries or reviewing images.

Melissa and I connected for a 3-look fashion set. We did some studio looks then we went outdoors. I saw this outdoor corridor and liked the light. This was one of my favs for the session.

Recently, a friend opened a natural light studio in town, He invited a few of models and photographers to see the space. It was mainly a chance to catch up with old friends and/or meet new ones.

I was on a roadtrip through the American Southwest. I stopped in Albuquerque to meet up with a fellow photographer to have a shoot just for fun. He brought Kate as our model.

Lila is not a model but a self described "gym rat". She reach out saying she was in the best shape of her life and wanted to basically document it but not with "fitness" photos.

One of the makeup artists I frequently work with recently met Ella. He like her look and thought we should do a fashion shoot. Turns out we went to the same university! She was a child model.

A colleague photographed Kianna years ago. I thought she was captivating. We've tried to connect to have a shoot our own since then. Finally after 7 years we shot some lifestyle in Austin, TX.

I hadn't shot lifestyle in some time. I thought it'd be fun to spend a couple of days in Austin in a little bungalow and invite a few models to come shoot. Mia come over.

Savannah just signed with a modeling agency. She wanted to further develop her portfolio so she reach out for a shoot. She is a great "ginger"! She's got red hair and lots of freckles.
