Are photos allowed to be opened when clicked on?
You know for awhile I have noticed that you can look at photos on fstoppers, but when there are interesting photos I like to click on them and look at them...the problem I have, is I always get a black screen with a box in it stating:
"This image couldn't be be loaded. Please try again later."
Is there a fix to this? Does anybody get that same message?

This was working in the past, but now you mention it I have a similar issue when trying to open images from our group.
As this seems to be OK for other areas of the site (like POTD's) I am wondering at this point whether an update is being rolled out that might cause this. Perhaps we should give this 24 hours to see if it resolves before reporting.
Are others seeing this issue on this/other parts of the site?
Hi Alan,
This has been ongoing since before the new update to the new FStoppers...
The new and improved method is to "Right-Click" on the image, then select "Open image in a new tab" from the drop down menu.
Much more intuitive this way. 🙄
I tried it, and it worked...Thanks Dean!
Don L It looks like clicking on the images opens them correctly now. The work around is no longer needed.
Nice!
