From my bucketlist tour to photograph Italy. This fountain in Rome Italy, is one of the most famous and beautiful in the world. The origins of the fountain go back to the year 19 B.C., in which period the fountain formed the end of the Aqua Virgo aqueduct. The central figure, Oceanus, the god of water, is a powerful representation of the might and bounty of the sea. This was shot in a late february, to get away as much as possble from the masses. Still a lot of tourists. But in the season, in summer, I think it is about impossible to get to the best spot I did. Shot with the "old" Sony A7r and Sigma Art 14-24mm at 14mm.
Jan, The WOW! Trevi Fountain!, I like your frame elements of peach colored buildings and tremendous sky all frame your main building and fountain while not competing with it, but instead complimenting it. Well done!
