Paul, that is a really good question. Due to the rain, I shot from whatever cover I could find. I am not sure I would have found this exact framing otherwise. It is less obvious than through a window, door or archway. I like it because it is not symetrical, but still feels balanced to me. So I may see other compositions in the future because of this one

Hear, hear I totally agree, sometime extraneous circumstances can lead to wonderful things, and at time force us to look, see and think out of the box.
