While out on a morning walk with my camera I spotted this beautiful dragonfly. I learned it is a Roseate Skimmer and the wildflower is called Hairy Indigo. I love the purple color of the dragonfly and the red and greens of the Indigo make it a colorful photograph. I shifted my position a bit to include a bokeh background of wildflowers.
