About Chris
I started learning photography because I needed some exercise and decided to start walking. Instead of listening to music I brought along a camera and started taking pictures in my neighborhood...not because it's especially scenic, but because I enjoy noticing the little things. Sometimes it's the way the morning light hits a patch of grass or reflects off dew on the petals of a rose. Those small moments are what catch my eye because there are beautiful scenes all around us if you take the time to see them. I enjoy taking photographs of birds and I am fortunate to live where bald eagles soar above and osprey come to fish in the ponds and provide me with many challenges to learning photography.
