Behind the Photo
After the excitement of the Epson Pano Awards, it’s time to keep enjoying photography
Today I’m sharing another panorama, this time from one of the most breathtaking landscapes I’ve ever visited: Cappadocia, in Turkey 🇹🇷
A little less than a year ago, I had the chance to spend several days there with my friend Paco. To be honest, luck wasn’t really on our side when it came to the weather: no famous hot-air balloons, and practically no snow—which was one of the things I was most looking forward to photographing.
But even so, Cappadocia managed to surprise me. Its rock formations, valleys, and those curious fairy chimneys create a landscape that looks like something out of another world. And when the sky decides to treat you to some color at sunset, you can’t ask for much more. 🌄
This image is a 360-degree panorama taken with a drone.
Without a doubt, it’s one of those destinations I’d love to return to.
Have you ever been to Cappadocia? Would you like to visit?
