they need to be more precise... Question #4 1/3-2/3 for normal lenses, macro is 1/2-1/2. Adding a filter...What kind of filter...I know it doesn't change the answer but it would have trick even more people.

60% it is a shame, i though that i was more instructed on this, but with out the camera in my hand i could not measure the DoF in some cases, and also mix the hyper with the super focal, need to go back to basics
