For this image placed two 12x36 gridded strip boxes, one to camera left and one to camera right. I also placed a speed light as the key light which was diffused by a Westcott Apollo Orb. I think clouds are moody and they add drama to any gritty photography hence why I use them a lot so the background was removed and added in post. As for the athlete, Tori Glynn is a 5th year veteran with the University of Regina Cougars!
