Three years ago my first ever photo I took of Astrid Nyame was of her sitting I the bleachers at the track. Fast forward to today she is a Canadian USport champion and National Silver medalist in the Women's 100m Hurdles! Right now she's got her eyes set on making the Canadian 2020 Olympic Team.
