Shot this a couple years ago for C Magazine and have always loved this image. We were shooting in a house in Beverly Hills that gets photographed a lot, so I wanted to show a different side of the iconic location and of John. This broken mirror sculpture worked perfectly and it gave John and I something unexpected to riff on.
