PopTart is a regular at the Laurel Canyon Dog Park in Los Angeles and his favorite activity is chasing the many smelly balls strewn about the cavernous park. He's an excitable little guy with an infectious personality and a small but powerful body that explodes towards his target. We're not sure what type of dog he is, other than he's a bunch of terriers mushed together.
For this shot I used a nifty fifty which gave me some framing issues in regards to the ball. I'm still happy with the shot as his eyes caught the perfect glint of late fall sun. Because of the abundance of light, I was able to freeze the action at 1/800 s.
