This is a better demonstration of how two disparate elements become unified through the perspective of our senses. From one perspective these elements are distinct units, but from this angle, they appear one curve.
The intersecting arcs bring back memories of math textbooks and working through polynomial equations with my father. I hated it then, but he imparted to me a love of the math that makes up our existence.
