I took this at White Sands New Mexico this past October. The blue negative space on the bottom is a shadowed sand dune, while the white portion is sun lit. I used a focal blend to bring out this lone cloud to highlight how gorgeous minimalism is. This was my first attempt at minimalism and I plan to do a lot more. I also did NOT want a lot of sky. I wanted the viewer to feel how much negative space actually is in White sands. It's a bit over whelming, and I wanted that to be shown in this.
The idea behind my lone cloud series is simple. I feel like the world is forcing me to become introverted the more I age (forcing me to be a lone cloud).
Great minimal shot. Well done.
Thank you Peter :)
