A hide overlooking a shallow pool provided an opportunity for some unique shots of Red Squirrels. I was especially lucky that there was such stunning sunlight being defused through the pine trees.
The light was perfect for exposing for a dark, glass like water and the lack of wind gave almost perfect reflections of the squirrels as they drank and hunted for hazel nuts.
