Landslide Lake

I don't know about you, but this pristine lake deep within the Elk River Valley in Strathcona Park accompanied by the immense, rugged Colonel Foster makes the "tour - bus" infested Moraine Lake in the Rocky Mountains run for its money.

The beauty about our Island Alpine Regions is that we have to put in the work and effort to get to these places, which allows most of our alpine regions to be unscathed and still pristine!
This shot was taken during blue hour as the moon rose above Colonel Foster's south col. Enjoy!
