Over the course of many centuries, the relentless power of the Pacific Ocean carved out one of the most spectacular oasis I've ever seen on Vancouver Island. As the tide receded, Jacob Klassen and I repelled down 15' off an overhanging cliff and made our way along the slippery rocks to this enormous cave. I've had the privilege to photograph and witness many beautiful places on this planet, but this place is by far the most incredible acts of nature I've seen. The arches along the 25' high ceiling coated with a soft touch of lichen made for the perfect frame for the waterfall that directly feeds into the ocean. only one true Craftsman could orchestrate something so perfect.
Due to the dangerous nature and sustained secrecy this place holds, I will not be sharing the location.
