This image is a prime example of when a plan comes together. Although I composed and processed this image on my own, my friend Scott Aspinall planned this shot months prior to our trip to the Canadian Rockies. We designed the entire trip around this exact scene. We needed the moon to be precisely at this spot, and at the right time of night with the proper illumination. Thankfully, we got clear skies and were able to capture this incredible scene.
