My first visit to Lofoten in Northern Norway during Autumn and without snow! I was completely overwhelmed by the vivid colors when I reached my destination in Lofoten.
Since I've only seen Lofoten during winter with a lot of snow I was able to get some new perspectives and compositions. Here's a great example of what you can get with you home - just by exploring an area with your camera and tripod! I found this gorgeous curve created by red Autumn leaves, quite interesting as foreground and it looked amazing with the mountain range in the background.
To get the curvy foreground and to compress it a bit I had to do 5 individual vertical shots, which has been merged to a panorama during the post process.
I'm really happy with this photo, it really brings out the Autumn colors that I experienced during my trip.
