Light of Haukland

You know you are in for a treat when a solar storm is predicted to hit Earth. I was able to visit multiple locations around Lofoten on this specific night during the Autumn last year. The Aurora Borealis had no intention of slowing down! My last spot of the night was Haukland Beach, one of my favorite locations! I was able to capture the Aurora Borealis dance above the ocean towards the north. I used some rock formations to create a more interesting foreground instead of just having a flat foreground just with water. Such a beautiful and exciting night!
