Merriman Falls is a stunning waterfall in the Lake Quinault area of the Olympic Peninsula in the National Park. The rain forest of the Olympic Peninsula is a special place in North America. No where else do you find such amazing diversity so close together. I was setup in the middle of a big pool of water with my tripod and a stack of ND filters to capture this stunning photo. The greens just pop right out at you and the smooth water flows around the mossy rocks.
